Modern cars are far tougher to steal，as their engine management computerwon't allow them to start unless they receive a unique ID code beamed out by theignition key.

本句的主干是modern cars are far tougher to steal。as引导原因状语从句;unless引导原因状语从句中的条件状语从句;beamed out by the ignition key作后置定语，修饰ID code。
本句中的far作为副词，修饰tougher，表示程度。如:
